Aurinkoinen aamu / A sunny day

Kaunis aurinkoinen kevätaamu tänään, auton ikkuna on jo melkein jäätön tähtikirkkaan yön jälkeen. Pihalla ja sisällä kukkii, ja kevään myötä eläinlaumakin on kasvanut. Räjähdysmäisesti.

Today is a lovely sunny spring morning, and the fozen dew after a bright night is almost gone. The garden has started to bloom as do the plants inside, and as is proper for spring, the animals have their offspring.

Elsa (Yellowmellow Escherichia) sai sunnuntai-aamuna 8 suloista sunnuntailasta. 5 narttupentua ja 3 urospentua. Lapset ovat virkeitä ja terveitä ja emokin voi oikein hyvin.

My miniature poodle Elsa (Yellowmellow Escherichia), whelped and had eight lovely puppies, 5 female and 3 male. I'm only wishing that every pup gets a proper, loving home.
Ei näistä vielä erota että kuka on kuka, vain vatsan alle kurkistamalla erottaa edes pojat tytöistä. Äänekkäitä maksamakkarapötkylöitä joilla on jalat. Sitten vaan toivotaan että jokaiselle pennulle löytyy kunnollinen, rakastava koti.

Apostolinmiekka päätti sitten juhlistaa pentujen syntymää avaamalla kaksi kukkaa. Onneksi satuin olemaan aamupäivän kotona, kukat lakastuivat illaksi pois.

My Walking Iris decided to celebrate the baby poodels too and bloomed with these two flowers for a day. Luckily I happened to be home at the time, the flowers withered away before the afternoon.

Olen minä ehtinyt ihan vähän neuloakin... Aquila on edennyt jo toiseen kaavioon. Suuri siitä on tulossa, tietenkin. Aquila on hurjan kaunis malli ja sitä on ilo neuloa.

I have knit some too. Just a bit. Aquila has progressed to the second chart. The shawl is going to be huge, of course... Aquila is a lovely pattern and I love to knit it too.
