Terveisiä Tanskasta! Tässä postauksessa keskityn lähinnä kuviin, niitä tuli otettua muutama... Eka on maisema Själlands Uddesta, Själlannin saaren uloimman kärjen maalaismaisemaa. Huomaa unikot etualalla, niitä oli joka paikassa, kuin rikkaruohoja.
Greetings from Denmark! In this posting I'm concentrating mainly on photos, I took some... The first is from Sjaellands Udde, the northernmost peak of Sjaelland Island, a country view. Notice the poppies in front, they were everywhere, like weeds.

Själlands Udden kärki oli kivinen ranta jossa lapset keräsivät aarteita, simpukankuoria ja piikiven palasia. Äiti neuloi...

The peak of Sjaellands Udde was a stony beach where the kids collected treasures: shells and flint. Mom knitted...




Tivolissakin neulottiin. Kevät saa kyytiä. Huomaa keskittynyt ilme.

Johannalle (sorry, ei linkkiä) kiitos hyvästä vinkistä, tää lankakauppa oli ihana. Harmi vain että siellä kelpasi vain tanskalaiset pankkikortit ja käteinen mutta toisaalta, mukaan olisi lähtenyt enemmänkin lankaa...
Kauppa oli siis Uldstedet ja osoite oli Fiolinstraede 13, kävelykatu siinä ydinkeskustassa, lähellä Raatihuoneentoria.

Thanks for Johanna(sorry, no link), I visited this lovely yarn store. Too bad they only accepted cash or Danish bank cards... but had they accepted Visa, I would have bought much more yarn. The name of the store was Uldstedet and the address was Fiolinstraede 13, a walking street in the centrum.













Italialainen Madil Kid Seta , 25 g, 210 m, (70% super kid mohair, 30% silkki) oli pakko saada kun etiketissä oli puudelin kuva... ja se oli ihan saman väristä kuin mun kentältä ostettu matkamuisto-huivi. Noista kaupan edessä olevista koreista keräsin muutaman muun mohairkerän.. Katia Ingenua 50 g, 140 m, 78% mohair, 13% polyamidia, 9%merinoa. sekin on iiiihanan pehmeää.
I just had to get this Italian Madil Kid Seta 25 g, 210 m/ 0,88 ozs.; 230 yds., (70% super kid mohair, 30% silk), due to the picture of a poodle in the etiquet... and the colour was exactly same as the scarft I bought from the airport. From those baskets in front of the store I collected a few balls of mohair too, Katia Ingenua 50 g; 140 m/1oz 3/4; 153 yds , (78% mohair, 13% polyamide, 9% merino wool). That too is soft as a cloud.



Orvokin oli sitten pakko päästä esittelemään Tanskan ostoksia. Valkoinen ja kirjava ovat sitä Katia Ingenuaa (150g) ja turkoosit kolme ihanaa Kid Setaa (yht 75g). Nyt vaan odotan sitä täydellistä ohjetta... ehdotuksia vastaanotetaan???

Orvokki just had to come and present the shopings from Denmark. The white and the mixed colours ball are Katia Ingenua (150g) and the three turquoise balls are this lovely Kid Seta (75g) Now I'm waiting for the perfect pattern for the yarns... any suggestions????
